Floor Plan Review

This service is great if you are wanting a second opinion on your floor plan, whether it be a new build or a reno. It is great to involve your interior designer in the early stages of planning as we look at your floor plan from a different perspective to building designers. We will review if the plan suits cabinetry design, furniture placement and also the flow of the home giving amendments if need be.

Cabinetry Design Drawings

You will receive a personalised set of documentation with all the important information needed to obtain quotes and for your trades to build off.

Having a set of cabinetry design drawings for your space will not only save you time with multiple cabinetmakers to obtain a quote, it will also ensure you are achieving a unique and well thought out design to suit your needs and not receiving a ‘best fit’ option for your space.

It also helps you keep track of your selections if anything gets installed incorrectly or you have to prove certain information was provided. Included in the package:

  • Moodboard
  • Floor plans
  • Elevations
  • 3D render images
  • Finished schedule

If you are unsure on what your selections look like together, wanting to explore a few different options or just wanting to make sure you love your space before committing to all the $$, then 3D Renders are for you! We will include all selections from plumbing fixtures, cabinetry colours, handles, flooring, lighting and so much more. It is also helpful to make sure you are portraying your idea to your trades so that there is no miscommunication.

3D Renders can save you both time and money by avoiding any costly mistakes.

Finishes Schedule

You will receive a comprehensive list of all the selections that we have carefully chosen for you for your renovation or new build project. From plumbing selections, to flooring choices and lighting, you will have all the details you need for yourself or builder/trades to place orders and keep a record of all your selections.

Electrical Plans

Most new builds or renovations install the standard amount of power points/lights in the standard places. But that might not suit your household?

We dive deep into the way you will live and move about in your home to ensure the electrical works the best for you… after all, we need power and lights to use our home don’t we?

The perfect set of plans to ensure you and your electrician are on the same page.

Included in the package:

  • Initial consultation
  • GPO/Data/TV layout plan
  • Wiring plan
  • One revision, if required

Design fees are quoted based on the project following an initial consultation.
